Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1992. She became a registered dietitian in order to teach the gluten-free diet and lifestyle to others. Melinda received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College in Boston, MA, completed her clinical internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and helped found the Celiac Center there in 2004 as Nutrition Coordinator.
